Susanna’s Kani Salad


This variation of kani salad is flavored with basil and tarragon, creating a wonderful spin on a classic.
Crab sticks, separated into strips
4-5 cucumbers cut up into thin pieces
2-3 tablespoons of mayo(Susanna recomnends lemonaise)

dash of lemon juice

Mix everything togethger, top with masago
