Cut salmon into cubes
Sprinkle salmon with a generous amount of either kosher or sea salt., and let marinate for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, thinly slice red onion, jalapeno, cilantro. Add a good amount of lime juice to the vegetables and a little olive oil.
Rinse and pat dry the salmon. Add the fish to the vegetables, mix and enjoy.
Serve over salad greens or with a good crusty bagette.
This is soooo addicting,I can’t even believe how yummy this is. The more red onions the better 🙂
