For me and my family the past month has been a whirlwind of events, and I haven’t had much time to breathe. First of all – we had a bit of construction that had to be done in the utility room due to hurricane “Sandy”; my husband did all the work himself, and it came out beautifully. We went on vacation to Myrtle Beach – great place to take the kids, lots of activities for them. My family came to visit from Israel, and I ran around like a chicken without a head between work, kids, and squeezing in some quality time with my cousins, then school started, Jewish holidays began and my oven broke (I knew I should have gotten the gas oven and not the electric) , and I realized that I have neglected this blog for almost a month.

I promise to start posting soon, with a little change in the blog format and content, as it relates to a few small changes in my life with the beginning of a new school year and a healthy, physically active lifestyle.
