My kiddoes are happiest when ever I serve them crepes with a variety of fillings:- Sour cream, jam, fresh fruit, berries and of course Nutella.
Today I made an easy blender crepe dough,with almond milk and it made for a wonderfully light and yummy crepe, so before I forget the proportions – I thought I would jot it down.
Just add all the ingredients below in a blender in the order listed and blend. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes before cooking.
– 2 cups almond milk
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons avocado oil
– 1 1/2 cup flour – start adding 1/4 cup at a time and blend in between additions.
– 1-2 tablespoons sugar
-1/2 teaspoon salt
